You will need the Citation Number and password to log in later to check the status of your case.

Citation numbers always start with 1 or a letter (B, C, E, H, L, S, R or X, never a 0.

For ex. 10212345, B0123456, CLSD1023456, E0134342, H00045678, LVM1062345, X1234567. The citation number can be found on the top right hand side of your ticket.

If your case is in a court not named above we will not appear in your case unless you have contacted our office and we have an express agreement to work on your specific case. In some cases the Henderson Municipal Court may assess a fine amount that is higher than the amount printed on your ticket. Please call or stop by our office for a free consultation if you are concerned about the fine amount.

This is important. If we do not have the correct information the processing of your case may be delayed and you may end up with late fees, DMV issues or possibly even a warrant for your arrest. The name of the court can found near the bottom of the ticket. On the pink tickets there is a series of boxes, one of which will be marked by the officer. On the white tickets, it is printed near the bottom before any instructions where it says, you are ordered to appear.

If your case is a mandatory appearance case in the Las Vegas Municipal Court, the fee is $149.95.

If your case is in warrant in the Laughlin Justice Court for failure to appear, the additional retainer fee is $50.00. The additional fee covers the preparation, filing and the hearing for the motion to set aside the warrant. It usually takes 1 to 2 court days to get a warrant cleared in Laughlin Justice Court. If your case is in warrant because you missed a payment the additional retainer fee will be higher.

We will not represent you in court if the appropriate retainer fee is not paid.
5 minutes for $400.00

If your case is in warrant in the Goodsprings Justice Court, the additional retainer fee is $50.00. The additional fee covers the preparation, filing and the hearing for the motion to set aside the warrant. It usually takes 1 to 4 court days or longer to get a warrant cleared in Goodsprings Justice Court.

We will not represent you in court if the appropriate retainer fee is not paid.

5 minutes for $300.00

If your case is in warrant in the Las Vegas Justice Court, we charge an additional retainer fee. The additional fee covers the preparation, filing and the hearing for the motion to set aside the warrant. Warrants are usually cleared within a few days, but it can take 3 to 5 court days to get a warrant cleared in Las Vegas Justice Court.

We will not represent you in court if the appropriate retainer fee is not paid.

Case duration for $100.00

If your case is in warrant for failure to appear in the Henderson Justice Court, the additional fee to assist you with your case is $50.00. The additional fee covers the preparation, filing and the hearing for the motion to set aside the warrant. It typically takes 1 to 2 days to get a warrant cleared in Henderson Justice Court.
If your case is in warrant for failure to pay a fine or for a missed payment the retainer fee may be higher.

We will not represent you in court if the appropriate retainer fee is not paid.

If your case is in warrant in the Henderson Municipal Court, the additional fee is $235.00. The additional fee covers the preparation, filing and the hearing for the motion to set aside the warrant. It usually takes 7 to 10 days to get a warrant cleared in Henderson Municipal Court.

We will not represent you in court if the appropriate retainer fee is not paid.

If your case is in warrant because of a missed payment, please be advised that the court may deny the motion or require you to make a good faith payment before the case is taken out of warrant.
Case duration for $400.00
If your case has not been adjudicated (no payment plans) and is in warrant in the Las Vegas Municipal Court for the first time, the additional retainer fee is $50.00. The additional fee covers the preparation and filing of a motion to set aside the warrant. It takes 1 to 2 court days to get a first time warrant cleared in Las Vegas Municipal Court. If your case has been in warrant more than one time, there may be an additional retainer fee and you will likely need to pay the warrant fees that are due on your case before the warrant is cleared.

Case duration for $200.00
If your case has been adjudicated and you missed a fine payment due date and the case is in warrant in the Las Vegas Municipal Court, the additional retainer fee is $200.00. It takes 3 to 5 court days to get most warrants cleared in Las Vegas Municipal Court and you will likely have to make a good faith payment or pay the warrant fees due to get your case out of warrant.

Case duration for $200.00
If your case is in warrant in the North Las Vegas Municipal Court, the additional fee is $230.00. The additional fee covers the preparation and filing of a motion as well as the hearing for the motion to set aside the warrant. It typically takes 7 to 10 days to get a warrant cleared in North Las Vegas Municipal Court.

We will not represent you in court if the appropriate retainer fee is not paid.

If your case is in warrant in the North Las Vegas Justice Court, the additional retainer fee is $50.00. The additional fee covers the preparation, filing and the hearing for the motion to set aside the warrant. It takes 1 to 2 court days or more to get a warrant cleared in North Las Vegas Justice Court.

We will not represent you in court if the appropriate retainer fee is not paid.
